I have fitted a strong anti twist system to the rear axle as I used to brake standard props due to the increase in torque and power. The engine has had a full service including cambelt, water pump and glow plugs when I fitted it and has done less than 5000 miles. The clutch was also replaced at the same time. I have strenghted the transfer box arm as these are known to twist. Last year I cut and re welded all 4 archs to give better clearance and to remove some rust patches. I know these SJ`s are common for rust but this is a good shell and does not have any rust issues. The fuel tank has been moved to the rear to allow better clearance. All the brake lines have been replaced and has braided hose`s I have also just fitted new front pads. Has a custom made snorkel. The SJ has been painted by hand as it is easy to maintain and i will include 5 liters of paint I have for FREE. | There are a few bits that need to be done. Passanger door does not lock from the outside. Speedo, rev counter and fuel gauge does not work. Batteries go flat over a few days when not used. Oil pressure switch needs wiring up. Instument cluster does not fit dash (comes with correct one) | DUE TO THIS BEING USED OFF ROAD THERE ARE VARIOUS DENTS AND SCRATCHES AROUND THE SUZUKI | I have built this SJ as an OFF ROADER but have kept it road legal so I can legally use it on green lanes however this jeep IS NOT THE NICEST THING TO DRIVE ON THE ROAD and I would not drive it a great distance but it does come with 12 months MOT | PLEASE BE AWARE THESE ALLIGATOR TYRES ARE NOT ROAD LEGAL BUT ARE THE BEST OFF ROAD TYRES YOU CAN GET. THIS SJ`s ARE QUITE REKNOWN FOR CORROSION BUT THIS ISNT THE NORMAL ROTTEN EXAMPLE. IT HAS HAD AN INTERNAL ROLL CAGE FITTED FOR EXTRA PROTECTION ETC. THE CONVERTIBLE HOOD ISNT VERY GOOD SO THIS COULD DO WITH REPLACING IF YOU WANTED IT PERFECT. THE FRONT SEATS DO HAVE WEAR AND THE INTERIOR COULD DO WITH A GOOD CLEAN. OVERALL IT COULD MAKE A REALLY GOOD JEEP WITH ABIT OF TLC. I DONT THINK IT WOULD COST ALOT TO GET IT ON THE ROAD AGAIN, OR YOU MAY JUST WANT TO USE IT AROUND THE FARM OR FOR OFF ROADING ETC.
