Advantages: Compact and nippy, ideal for driving about town, excellent high driving position. Disadvantages: Can feel a little unsafe on corners if taken at speed. The Wagon R brings you that high driving position but remains neat and nippy enough to transport you safely around and into any otherwise inadequate parking space without ripping a hole in your wallet the next time you stop for petrol. If you're wondering why i am able to write reviews on so many different cars, its simple...... I've worked in the Car auction and Car hire business, so have driven too many cars to mention. Ciao suggests being factual, so i'll use headings, and be as easy to understand as possible. Reliability This car is very reliable and Suzuki are making great efforts to ensure that their cars meet the same high standards ......the customer service skills of Suzuki dealers. Please refer to other reviews for info. Security/Looks Smart and stylish car with some neat lines-looks a lot less 'boxy' than others. I would suggest with any car that you fit a Thatchcam Catagory 1 Alarm (improves security and reduces insurance premiums!) Advantages: Cheap to Run.Spacious.Easy to enter.ComfortableDisadvantages: Horn Button location. No interior light Switch I had to buy another car because of my wife's bad back and the arthritis in my wrist. My other car being low down was difficult for her to get out of, and it had no power steering.I heard about the Suzuki WagonR quite by chance.1/2hrs.test drive convinced us that this was the car for us. Comfortable, nippy, easy to drive and park, easy to handle at all speeds. Plus with the rear seats folded down there was lots of space for carrying large objects. Also, insurance group 2.Low mpg and road fund license. Great forward vision, especially for country roads. With a good selection of accessories to choose from we soon had the car we had searched for. 14 months and 17,000 miles later we are still convinced that she is "The next best thing to sliced bread". Wouldn't be without her. For the price its very good value for the money. We like it!. ... In its present format it carries the GM Vauxhall name with either a 1.0L or 1.2L engine. I purchased this car as a second run around however it has become increasingly evident that despite comments it can attract, it is a well loved member of the family clocking up some 24000 miles a year. This may be due to the fact that it is frugal on petrol (40mpg around town) and one is guaranteed enough fuel to complete the journey over our other gas guzzler which is invariably running on empty. The first aspect of note on getting into the vehicle is that you are at a substancial height advantage over many other road users.
